Requirements

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus
• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale
• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested
• Process parts requests for internal and external customers
• Assists in completing customer service authorizations, identifying all repairs through communication with customer and technicians, and provide cost estimates/quotes to customers
• Complete customer service work authorizations by coordinating with service technicians, foreman, manager and parts department
