About The Position

The Parts Shipper packs and prepares products for shipment according to customer orders and company policies and procedures. The role is responsible for accurate, complete shipments and accurate reporting of shipping transactions in the ERP system. It also supports the PDC’s goals and continuous improvement, prepares shipment documentation, and maintains basic 5S and housekeeping in the work area. The position follows production instructions and guidance, completes routine picking and packing assignments, and helps meet customer demand by processing orders efficiently. It involves examining incoming shipments for non-conformity, using company equipment and materials properly, and working collaboratively while maintaining attendance, quality, attention to detail, and professional work ethics. Physical demands include regular standing, walking, talking, hearing, and hand use; occasional bending, stooping, reaching above the shoulders, and lifting up to 25–50 pounds. The work may also include periods of computer-based work involving sitting and close vision. Occasional travel is noted.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to contribute to identifying problems and implementing appropriate countermeasures.
Ability to understand and execute basic standard procedures.
Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.
Ability to perform basic assembly skills.
