About The Position

This position is responsible for supplying the Service Department with stock parts or by procuring parts from an outside source in a timely and cost-saving manner. The role focuses on Ultimate Customer Experience (UCE), Quoting, Sourcing, Supplying Parts, and Process.

High School diploma or GED
1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Serve the needs of our Trailer Technicians in the shop.
Assist the parts department by pulling orders, restocking shelves, loading, and unloading trucks.
Keep accurate records of repair orders and other transactions, while managing paperwork flow and becoming efficient in researching part numbers through catalogs and the internet.
Be proficient in using the internet, corresponding to emails, and managing phone calls.
Organize and maintain a quote system for the service department to include parts pricing and availability for potential repair orders.
Delivery of parts for repair orders to the service technicians.
Assist parts department in other areas as needs arise (counter & phone support, parts delivery to customers).
