About The Position

Customer Service Representative (Parts Representative) Location: Anaheim, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite) Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / Electric Mobility This organization an innovative electric mobility manufacturer and OEM supporting the iconic GEM, Taylor-Dunn, and Tiger vehicle brands. Headquartered in Anaheim, CA, designs, manufactures, and supports electric vehicles used across universities, airports, government facilities, industrial campuses, commercial properties, and other specialized environments. Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Parts Representative) to support its dealer network by managing parts orders, inquiries, returns, and order-related requests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience with order processing, parts coordination, or automotive support. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate order management and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service, customer support, order entry, or order processing experience.
  • Experience handling a high volume of phone calls and email communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive parts, manufacturing, distribution, or dealership experience.
  • Experience supporting dealer networks or business customers.
  • Technical support or product support experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory, orders, parts processing, or fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process dealer parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and provide parts quotes and pricing information.
  • Manage customer returns, credits, and order adjustments.
  • Respond to high-volume inbound calls and emails regarding parts inquiries and order status updates.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to parts availability, shipments, returns, and order discrepancies.
  • Partner with warehouse, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
