Headquartered in Anaheim, CA, designs, manufactures, and supports electric vehicles used across universities, airports, government facilities, industrial campuses, commercial properties, and other specialized environments. Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Parts Representative) to support its dealer network by managing parts orders, inquiries, returns, and order-related requests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience with order processing, parts coordination, or automotive support. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate order management and exceptional service.
