About The Position

Blaine Brothers, a Minnesota-based family-owned business, is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist for its new Clearwater location. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and combines inside counter and phone sales with outside territory sales, requiring some travel. The Parts Sales Specialist will handle customer orders, build relationships with current and potential customers, and support the overall sales and parts operation. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Identify, quantify, and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory consistent with established objectives.
  • Maintain and grow market share; initiate, develop, and sustain productive relationships with customer decision makers and prospective customers.
  • Answer customer questions and make suggestions regarding additional or alternative products and services.
  • Perform all duties required to complete and accurately track orders; maintain timely records of product movement and order status.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems and working across teams to transform issues into positive outcomes.
  • Play an active role in inventory management; maintain inventory and customer display areas (re-tape, organize, and clean as needed).
  • Analyze sales data and reports; effectively utilize HubSpot, Power BI sales tools, E-Commerce, and other company resources.
  • Optimize use of marketing and promotional resources to generate sales with current and prospective customers.
  • Continuously mine territory for industry trends and competitive information.
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving, handle cores and returns, assist with vendor returns, and support warehouse and delivery as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
