About The Position

Blaine Brothers, a Minnesota-based, family-owned business, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and elevate its marketing efforts across the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, branding, content creation, digital marketing, advertising, and campaign execution while leading a creative and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing initiatives, managing multiple projects, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand growth. This is a fast-paced, fun, and ever-evolving environment with plenty of opportunities for a creative, strategic, and motivated leader to make a significant impact. The Director of Marketing leads the marketing function across the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies, including Blaine Brothers, North American Trailer, Hydraulic Specialty, and TruckAline. Reporting to the President, this role owns brand strategy, demand generation, digital and e-commerce marketing, and the marketing technology stack that supports a multi-branch heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, service, and sales business. Partnering with the leadership team, sales, e-commerce, and operations, you will lead and grow an established, data-driven marketing program, translating business goals into campaigns, content, and customer experiences that grow revenue and strengthen each brand. You will own the marketing budget, resource needs, and the metrics used to measure success. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks strategically and is equally comfortable executing. Knowledge of the trucking, heavy-equipment, or industrial distribution industry is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • Proven track record building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Strong command of digital marketing: SEO/SEM, paid media, email, content, and social.
  • Experience marketing in a B2B, distribution, e-commerce, or multi-location environment preferred.
  • Confident, driven leader with strong people-management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a hands-on environment.
  • Comfortable adopting and applying AI tools to work faster and smarter, from content and campaign drafting to data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments.
