About The Position
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the position is responsible for being the first point of contact for our parts customers and providing an exceptional customer experience. Utilizing excellent customer service skills this position is first contact with customers, through email and by phone. Provides pricing, availability and assistance in choosing an alternative. Initiates parts sales and seeks new sales opportunities. Ensures level of profit margin is sustained.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with a variety of people.
- Ability to multi-task, remain extremely organized, and be able to develop relationships with current and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Uses problem solving skills to find solutions to dealers problems
- Opens and manages sales orders
- Follows through on orders customers have received them
- Prepares invoices
- Orders customer and stock parts from vendors
