About The Position

Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading agricultural equipment dealership. We are in search of an Agricultural Service Technician to join their team in Syracuse, NE. In the Service Technician / Mechanic position you will perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products. You will also provide customers with excellent customer service, participate in service training programs required for the development of mechanical skills and knowledge, and maintain current knowledge of Company and competitive products. You will follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments and complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.

Requirements

Basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
Knowledge of established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to participate in service training programs
Current knowledge of Company and competitive products
Adherence to all safety rules and regulations
Ability to complete required reports and forms
