About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working under the Store Manager’s guidance, the manager leads by example and supports store operations, inventory management, and team development. The role also supports commercial and hub departments and contributes to AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to support store operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
