About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering AutoZone’s WOW! Customer Service. Working under the Store Manager’s guidance, this role supports store operations, helps employees grow, and contributes to AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. Responsibilities include sales and inventory management, operational oversight, commercial account support, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous automotive retail experience.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering a motivated, engaged team.
Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth operations and positive experiences.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and promote operational efficiency.
Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to support seamless operations and customer service.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
