About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager is a part-time leadership role in AutoZone’s automotive retail operations. The role supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering WOW! Customer Service. Parts Sales Managers oversee store operations and inventory, help meet sales and performance goals, and support commercial departments and customer needs. Requirements

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed parts sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while following company policies.
