Pape’ Kenworth is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Counterperson I to join their team in Anchorage, AK. The Parts Sales Counterperson I will be the primary parts expert for customers maintaining and repairing class 7 & 8 diesel trucks, assisting them both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing recommendations using product literature, specialized software, and growing knowledge of parts and diesel trucks, and translating technical details into actionable parts support. The role focuses on building trust and lasting customer relationships through positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the best solutions. The team member will work Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
Self-motivation and assertive drive.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
Above-average organizational skills.

Responsibilities
