This involves face-to-face interactions at the counter or over the phone, ensuring customers receive the right parts when they need them. The day-to-day activities include actively engaging with customers to identify needs, providing recommendations, and using product literature, specialized software, and growing knowledge to offer timely and accurate solutions. Requirements

  • Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
  • Self-motivation and assertive drive.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
  • Above-average organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is preferred but we will train the right person!
