About The Position

Parts Runners will follow directions from the Parts department personnel to assist in the completion of department's jobs. Runners are responsible for delivering and picking up needed parts to our technicians. THIS IS NOT A DELIVERY DRIVER POSITION, NO ROAD DRIVING WILL BE REQUIRED.

Requirements

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Must be organized & self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance.
  • Ability to operate manual material handling equipment, such as dollies and hand jacks.
  • Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and picking tickets as needed.
  • Basic computer skills that include some warehouse management systems.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment while upholding the company’s goals and core values.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and/or required.
  • Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and pick up parts from our technicians
  • Ensure technicians have all parts needed to complete a job
  • Pull & deliver in an accurate manner
  • Lift/move minimum 50 lbs. regularly
  • Inspect goods for defects and damages
  • Pickup cores from technician stalls
  • Clear out the warranty basket as needed
  • Track inventory in appropriate system
  • Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties
  • Other duties as assigned by management
