About The Position

The Parts Room Attendant oversees storeroom inventory control, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. The role supports parts-room team members and helps ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. It also maintains inventory records in the system, organizes parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and manages storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with occasional weekend work. The successful candidate must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months or more of experience in maintenance or a parts room preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and suppliers.
• Ability to read and write and possess basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds.
• Internal candidates must have fewer than 6 attendance points and no disciplinary actions within the previous six months.
