About The Position

As a Parts Research Analyst, you'll be the trusted resource customers and teammates rely on to find the right parts, answer questions, and keep orders moving. Your attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service will help minimize downtime for our customers and strengthen the relationships that set Briggs apart.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, along with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and managing documentation.
  • The ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • A high school diploma required; customer service or call center experience preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and branch inquiries, research parts, prepare quotes, and process order requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Investigate and resolve parts discrepancies involving purchases, shipments, deliveries, and order fulfillment while coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, enter information into company systems, and ensure documentation is complete across multiple platforms.
  • Handle inbound parts calls and research equipment using online resources, manufacturer documentation, Adobe tools, and reference manuals.
