About The Position

Timpte is seeking a Parts Representative for their Odessa, TX Customer Service Center. This role is responsible for managing parts inventory and sales at the branch location. The company emphasizes a people-first, fast-paced, rewarding, and team-valued environment.

Requirements

Must possess an Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a parts and/or service environment preferred.
Sales experience preferred.
Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced working knowledge of computers including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
Must have an insurable driving record and valid drivers’ license.

Responsibilities

Responsible for growth of parts sales through customer interaction via phone, email, online and counter sales.
Calls on large customer accounts to increase sales.
Responsible to understand and comply with all Branch Parts Policies and Procedures and also for Service Policy and Procedures as it relates to the parts business.
