About The Position

We are looking for dedicated individuals with experience in the Industry as well as other Manufacturing Processes. Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced. Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Industry
- Experience in other Manufacturing Processes
Responsibilities
- Take parts orders from clients through phone and email correspondences
- Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed
- Order parts on computer for vendors
- Handle customer service by phone or in person
