About The Position

Lift Truck Center, Inc., the authorized dealer for Toyota, a leading brand of lift trucks, is growing and searching for parts representatives that are looking for and will contribute to a positive culture. This is a lesser-known but growing industry that offers paid training, steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and long-term career growth. The Parts Representative works directly with customers and technicians to identify, source, sell, and manage parts, while maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
One year of related experience or a one-year college certificate
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to identify parts needs and make sound business decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parts/inventory systems
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of parts, inventory systems, and customer service is preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge of lift trucks perferred

Responsibilities

Handle parts sales, quoting, invoicing, and customer service (in person and by phone)
Manage inventory, including stocking, tracking, and resolving discrepancies
Build relationships with customers and suppliers
Participate and training and continuous process improvement
