In this role, a Parts PRO's day is a mix of customer service, problem solving, and teamwork. They may start by helping a customer at the parts counter, answering calls, or locating parts for service technicians. Throughout the day, they will receive shipments, stock inventory, process transfers between stores, and help keep the department organized and running efficiently. This role involves working closely with customers, technicians, sales staff, and leadership to ensure parts availability. It is a role for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and staying active throughout the day, with the goal of supporting the team, serving the customer, and keeping operations moving.
