About The Position

Kokosing is seeking a Parts Planner to provide support to the equipment manager and mechanics for the maintenance of company equipment. This role involves managing inventory, expediting shipping and receiving, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining parts and maintenance history. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts and/or equipment maintenance and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

High School/Equivalent or Associates Degree
2-5 years of parts and/or equipment maintenance experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Problem solver; can-do attitude
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds
Must be able to climb on and under equipment to locate part numbers
Must be able to look up parts applications by manuals, catalogs or web based systems
Utilize company software (Viewpoint)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, on computers and other electronic devices
Must be able to work in a high pace and safe environment
