About The Position

Lead, optimize, and grow our parts department! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to oversee our dealership’s parts department in Petaluma. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, customer-focused, and driven to maximize department performance while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

Previous automotive parts management or supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and inventory management processes
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire parts operation -inventory, ordering, and daily workflow
Ensure technicians and customers have the right parts at the right time
Drive profitability through smart inventory management and sales strategy
Build strong relationships with vendors, service teams, and customers
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing parts team
Analyze data, identify opportunities, and continuously improve results
Deliver fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service every day
