Parts Manager Charlotte
About The Position
At MCT Companies, we are looking for a strong Parts Operations Leader to take ownership of inventory and parts operations across multiple service locations in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This is a leadership position for someone who wants to take control, build structure, and make a real impact. You will lead parts planning and inventory operations across assigned branches, ensuring technicians have what they need when they need it so the business runs efficiently and customers stay satisfied. You will be the go to person connecting service teams, vendors, and inventory systems to keep everything moving without disruption.
Requirements

- Comfortable using systems and learning new technology
- Take pride in running a tight, efficient operation
Responsibilities
- Forecast daily parts usage and ensure the right inventory is in place to meet business demand
- Manage ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts using Karmak Fusion
- Ensure all locations are properly stocked while reducing excess and obsolete inventory
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to improve pricing, availability, and service
- Partner daily with service managers to ensure their teams are fully supported
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reporting compliance
- Manage special orders, drop shipments, and red label situations while working to reduce emergency ordering
- Take ownership of inventory performance, valuation, and continuous improvement across all locations
