About The Position

Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a dynamic Parts Manager to lead their busy parts department. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, fostering strong vendor relationships, and providing excellent service to both retail customers and the internal service team. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working in a dealership parts department.
  • At least 2 years in a dedicated leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of Stellantis parts and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and grow a team aligned with a workplace culture of respect, trust, and shared success.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building talents.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer software programs, modern inventory systems, and standard HRIS platforms.

  • Automotive industry background is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of parts professionals to deliver top-notch customer service and maintain positive morale.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the parts department to optimize efficiency and departmental profitability.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing immediate parts availability with strategic cost control.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
  • Provide accurate, timely parts sourcing and support to automotive technicians and service clients.
  • Review sales data and operational metrics to identify new opportunities for financial and departmental growth.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Keep the department organized, professional, and focused on operational improvement.
