Requirements
- Proven experience as a technician specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair complex vehicle issues
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs to customers and management
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
