Requirements

  • Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others.
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
  • Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering, receiving, processing, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process.
  • Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for parts-related issues within the shop.
  • Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements.
  • Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.
  • Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors.
  • Monitor deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if needed.
  • Drive parts related KPI’s.
  • All other duties assigned.
