The Team Lead, Parts is responsible for managing the physical flow of parts at the site — receiving daily shipments, stocking, picking parts for repair orders, organizing the parts room, and managing returns. Works closely with the AGM on stocking levels and ordering, but owns the day-to-day execution of parts operations at the location. Success in this role is measured by critical performance indicators, including maintaining high parts availability and pick accuracy, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing receiving timeliness, minimizing parts-related technician downtime, ensuring returns processing timeliness, and keeping site-level shrinkage at a minimum.
