About The Position

Countryside McDonough is seeking a Dealership Parts Counter Person. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience. The company is privately owned, community-oriented, and prioritizes customer service. Team members are expected to be team players, engaged, and display a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. All team members are treated fairly with dignity and respect and are required to follow site-specific/brand-specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which all employees are considered temporary and are not eligible for benefits. At the end of the introductory period, performance will be reviewed for continued employment.

Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand continuously
• Lift up to 60 lbs
• Bend, stoop
• Climbing a ladder is required on occasion
• Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business
