We are seeking a Parts Manager to join our team and ensure efficient parts management for our repair centers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Valid Driver’s License
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software

Responsibilities

Manage and complete all parts ordering, including ordering parts based on estimates and supplements, and communicating with vendors.
Monitor parts deliveries, track status, and update Repair Planners.
Receive and check in parts, ensuring accuracy against repair orders and proper placement.
Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery.
Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
Drive parts-related KPIs, including parts margin, pending credits, shop consumables inventory, and material spend, communicating with the General Manager for optimization.
Coordinate parts invoicing, ensuring daily posting in CCC One with necessary corrections.
Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and reference materials.
Keep up-to-date on laws and regulations of parts installation.
Lead Parts Team (if applicable), serving as a mentor and directing activities.
