About The Position

Westfalia is hiring! We are looking for a Parts/Inventory Specialist to join our Production team. The Parts/Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting shop floor operations by ensuring timely delivery of materials, maintaining accurate and organized inventory, and performing daily cycle counts. This role plays a key part in inventory control, material movement, and overall warehouse efficiency. Location Requirements: Must live within a 50-mile radius of Westfalia Technologies Inc Headquarters and within PA or MD.

Requirements

Ability to work overtime as needed.
Strong adherence to company safety standards and procedures.
Ability to operate or be trained to operate a tow motor (forklift).
Ability to operate or be trained to operate an overhead crane.
Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, ERP, and MRP systems.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs.
Ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, reaching, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in inventory picking, parts inventory, or similar role preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull and pick inventory items for delivery to the shop floor in a timely manner.
Perform put-aways and inventory movements to maintain accurate stock levels.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory environment.
Support special projects and additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
