This is not a behind-the-desk role; it requires extensive travel to assigned dealerships.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
3+ years in parts, inventory control, or dealership operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and solve performance gaps
Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence teams
Comfortable managing priorities in fast-paced environments
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities

Lead on-site physical parts inventories across assigned dealerships
Evaluate inventory performance and uncover opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency
Partner with Parts Managers and store leadership to implement best practices
Coach and train teams on inventory management, processes, and operational excellence
Analyze inventory data and collaborate with accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
Deliver insights and recommendations that drive profitability and performance (SPE & CSI goals)
Support the rollout and execution of inventory scanning procedures
Build strong relationships with regional and store-level leadership
Travel extensively (up to 3–4 weeks per month) to support dealership operations
