About The Position

MotorWorld, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring a Parts Inventory / Warehouse Team Member for its busy parts department. The Parts Clerk assists the parts, service, dealership, and wholesale departments with pulling and replenishing parts, and communicates with internal and external customers. The role offers a five-day work week with one Saturday per month, training and mentoring, advancement opportunities, and a positive, success-driven work environment. Requirements

• High initiative and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in automotive counter or parts sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and fill orders from stock.
• Notify the Parts Manager about out-of-stock parts or shop materials needing immediate attention.
• Pull wholesale customer orders for delivery and ensure parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers.
• Provide daily bin count results to the Parts Manager.
• Keep the stock room clean and orderly.
• Assist the parts, service, dealership, and wholesale departments with pulling and replenishing parts.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
