About The Position

MotorWorld, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring a Parts Inventory / Warehouse Team Member for its busy parts department. The Parts Clerk assists the parts, service, dealership, and wholesale departments with pulling and replenishing parts and communicates with internal and external customers. The position includes a five-day work week with one Saturday per month. MileOne describes a positive, success-driven work environment and offers training, mentoring, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• One year of experience in automotive counter or parts sales is preferred.
• High initiative and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, computer software, and the internet, along with general mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull and fill orders from stock.
• Notify the Parts Manager about out-of-stock parts or shop materials requiring immediate attention.
• Pull orders for delivery to wholesale customers and ensure parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers.
• Provide daily bin count results to the Parts Manager.
• Keep the stock room clean and orderly.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
