About The Position

Rosina Food Products is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Parts Inventory Clerk to join their team. This position is critical in supporting the Maintenance department by ensuring the availability of parts and materials to maintain efficient operations. The role is suitable for individuals who enjoy organization, inventory control, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred (certification completed in-house)

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and store inventory parts and materials
• Issue supplies and equipment to Maintenance Associates
• Maintain and update inventory records within computerized systems
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks
• Support food safety, GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with Maintenance and Warehouse teams
