About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Inventory Associate to support the daily operations of our growing trailer dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, inventory management, warehouse operations, merchandising, and hands-on work. The Parts & Inventory Associate plays a key role in ensuring our customers, service team, and sales department have the parts, accessories, and inventory support they need while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail sales, warehouse operations, inventory control, or shipping/receiving.
Experience with trailer, automotive, RV, agricultural, equipment, or powersports parts.
Forklift experience or certification.
Experience with inventory management or POS systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts and accessories needs.
Identify and recommend parts and products based on customer requirements.
Process parts sales transactions accurately and professionally.
Support service technicians by locating and issuing parts and materials.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
Organize, label, and maintain inventory locations.
Report discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.
Monitor stock levels and support replenishment efforts.
Pull and prepare customer and intercompany orders.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
Coordinate timely shipment of customer orders.
Maintain showroom displays and merchandise presentation.
Help stage trailers, accessories, and promotional displays.
Support store resets and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
Keep the showroom, warehouse, and outdoor lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment when authorized.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Assist other departments as needed.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
