About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Inventory Associate to support the daily operations of our growing trailer dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, inventory management, warehouse operations, merchandising, and hands-on work. The Parts & Inventory Associate plays a key role in ensuring our customers, service team, and sales department have the parts, accessories, and inventory support they need while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail sales, warehouse operations, inventory control, or shipping/receiving.
  • Experience with trailer, automotive, RV, agricultural, equipment, or powersports parts.
  • Forklift experience or certification.
  • Experience with inventory management or POS systems.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts and accessories needs.
  • Identify and recommend parts and products based on customer requirements.
  • Process parts sales transactions accurately and professionally.
  • Support service technicians by locating and issuing parts and materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
  • Organize, label, and maintain inventory locations.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment efforts.
  • Pull and prepare customer and intercompany orders.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate timely shipment of customer orders.
  • Maintain showroom displays and merchandise presentation.
  • Help stage trailers, accessories, and promotional displays.
  • Support store resets and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
  • Keep the showroom, warehouse, and outdoor lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment when authorized.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
