About The Position

Heritage Hyundai Towson, part of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking an energetic and motivated Parts Inventory Associate/Runner to help keep the parts department operating smoothly. The role works alongside the parts team and supports inventory handling, order fulfillment, delivery to the service team, stockroom organization, and parts counter or driving duties when needed. Requirements

• Strong computer skills and comfort with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• High initiative and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Solid math skills and general computer/software proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive counter or parts sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and fill parts orders from stock.
• Deliver parts quickly and efficiently to the service team.
• Ensure parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers.
• Provide daily bin count updates to the Parts Manager.
• Notify the Parts Manager about out-of-stock items or materials needing urgent attention.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
• Assist with general housekeeping as needed.
• Support parts counter and driving duties when required.
