About The Position
Winters Recreation is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Desk Sales Associate. The role combines customer service, inside sales, and operational support, with a focus on sales of golf cart parts and accessories, Toro products, outdoor power equipment, pallet racking, warehouse shelving, and storage solutions. The associate assists customers, identifies their needs, prepares quotes, promotes and follows up on sales opportunities, and coordinates orders through completion. The position also supports the smooth operation of the Parts Department through order processing, inventory accuracy, returns, shipment tracking, and communication between departments. The company values teamwork, a positive attitude, ownership, willingness to learn, and readiness to help where needed.
