About The Position

Winters Recreation is hiring a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Desk Sales Associate. The role combines customer service, inside sales, and operational support, with a focus on supporting and growing sales of golf cart parts and accessories, Toro products, outdoor power equipment, pallet racking, warehouse shelving, and storage solutions. The associate assists customers, identifies their needs, prepares quotes, promotes and follows up on sales opportunities, and coordinates orders through completion. The position also supports the daily operation of the Parts Department through order processing, inventory accuracy, returns, shipment tracking, and communication between departments.
