We're looking for a customer-focused Parts Front Counter Person to join our Fontana team. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of heavy-duty truck parts experience preferred.
OEM dealership experience preferred.
Knowledge of truck engines, transmissions, axles, and aftermarket parts.
Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to successfully pass a post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and lift test.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with truck parts purchases and inquiries.
Recommend parts and services based on customer needs.
Process orders, returns, and customer transactions.
Pull and distribute parts accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused parts department.
Support inventory, merchandising, and department operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
