About the Role As a Parts Expeditor, you play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. You’ll move parts between departments, support production teams, operate equipment, and help ensure everything flows efficiently from one step to the next. Requirements

  • Clear communication with coworkers and supervisors
  • Willingness to learn the manufacturing process
  • Ability to work different shifts or overtime when needed
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Oregon Driver License
  • Ability to read reports and use a computer
  • Clear hearing to communicate in a loud environment
  • Ability to stand, walk between departments, and operate equipment
  • Regular bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Comfortable with repetitive hand motions
  • Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes

Responsibilities

  • Verify parts by matching part numbers with the correct paperwork
  • Pick up and deliver parts and travelers between departments
  • Drive parts between locations using a company vehicle
  • Perform sandblast and shot blast operations on castings
  • Use a forklift to perform general utility work as assigned
  • Support general plant operations and production flow
  • Participate in 6S activities to keep the facility clean and organized
  • Follow all safety rules and operate equipment responsibly
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed
