About The Position
Responsible for routing and tracking of Company / Customer engine parts through the Production process.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- some college and/or technical school desirable.
Responsibilities
- Allocate components for repair / overhaul. (Vendor)
- Route engine parts to the appropriate department for in house repairs.
- Track and maintain a working log for all removed parts by W/O and their locations.
- Inform the Materials Supervisor of any parts requirements that may cause delays in Production processes.
- Communicate with the Quality Control Department through the inspection process to avoid delays.
- Expedite any projects on the Production floor where necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Materials Supervisor.
