About The Position

Coke Florida is looking for a Parts Expeditor based out of our Broward location. We’re currently looking for day shift, working M-F 7:00am-3:30pm. this is for maintenance team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Some prior inventory experience
• Some prior experience managing budgets

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in ordering/inventory parts is strongly preferred.
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate communication between the maintenance employees and the service parts warehouse order system.
• Manages the order and control processes for parts inventories.
• Recommends changes in the min/max levels of parts inventories.
• Manages the completion of purchase orders with the employees they are assigned.
• Tracks and reports the accuracy and status of order fulfillment.
• Orders and maintains the min/max system in SAP, transfers for service parts.
• Creates purchase orders for parts and places the orders.
• Communicates with manager/employees about parts issues.
• Assists A/P with invoice issues.
• Researches parts information for employees.
• Assists settlement with part issues involved in activity settlement.
• Assists with the distribution of parts to employees.
