About The Position
We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our team on a part-time/temporary basis. This role focuses on entering parts into our system and checking paperwork against part numbers to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years old (proof of age required at hire per Florida law)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel; comfortable learning new systems)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with data entry, inventory systems, or office administration a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter and update parts information in the inventory/database system
- Check paperwork (invoices, purchase orders, receipts, work orders) against part numbers (P/Ns) for accuracy, where applicable
- Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities match supporting documentation
- File and organize physical and digital paperwork related to parts processing
