About The Position

Beach Automotive is seeking a self-motivated team player to deliver automotive parts to local repair facilities in the region. This part-time position is scheduled for two days per week, with the possibility of filling in when needed. The role also includes picking and preparing orders, handling customer returns, maintaining delivery vehicles, and communicating professionally with customers and staff.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Be able to lift more than 40 pounds.
• Be able to climb a ladder to pull parts.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pick parts for orders based on invoices or pick tickets.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with the parts identified for customers.
• Deliver and pick up parts to and from customers, ensuring the accuracy of delivered items.
• Handle customer returns and ensure the proper paperwork is provided.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and in good running condition, and notify management of damage or needed service.
• Maintain a professional appearance for oneself and the parts department.
• Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
