About The Position

This position is a temporary full-time contract covering a team member on leave. It’s a great opportunity to step into a busy dealership environment, stay active throughout the day, and gain hands-on experience in parts operations. The role is primarily focused on local deliveries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road while learning how a parts department operates. Many employees use this role as a starting point toward long-term careers in parts, shipping, and receiving. Your direct manager is a knowledgeable and supportive leader who values teamwork and keeps the work environment respectful and organized, even during busy days. You will receive hands-on training and exposure to dealership workflow, systems, and processes so you can quickly get comfortable in the role and understand how parts operations function. This is a 3–6 month full-time contract position paying $23-$25/hour, offering consistent weekday hours and valuable industry experience.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
• Clean driver’s abstract
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift and move heavy items safely
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to help the team

Nice To Haves

• Delivery driving experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts throughout Calgary and surrounding area
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Verify parts and complete delivery paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Assist with core returns and warranty items
• Help organize incoming and outgoing parts
• Support shipping/receiving when required
