About The Position

The Parts Distribution Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and
developing highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team
members.  They will practice the Stellantis Leadership principles in a Parts
Distribution Center while holding themselves and others accountable.  The
selected candidate will lead a team in daily activities, resolve problems,
analyze root causes, and utilize Kaizen activities to drive continuous process
and quality improvements, while ensuring a safe working environment for
employees.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and/or bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in technical field
• Manufacturing supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
• Experience working in a union environment
• Strong background in LEAN manufacturing systems

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity
• Embrace and practice FCA's Leadership Principles in World Class Logistics (WCL)
• Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed
• Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures
• Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management
