Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to safely lift and move automotive parts and packages as needed.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
Energetic, positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers.
Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers.
Verify parts and orders for accuracy before completing deliveries.
Receive, check in, and stock incoming parts.
Package and ship parts for retail and wholesale customers.
Load and unload parts, handling items safely and securely.
Help maintain an organized and efficient Parts Department.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when representing Performance.
Put customers and others first, offer and accept help, create positive interactions, build relationships, and work well with others.
