Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to safely operate detailing tools and equipment.
Ability to work efficiently and complete assigned vehicles within expected timeframes.
Ability to remain active and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Dependable and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience.
Experience with buffers, polishers, and carpet cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards.
Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery.
Wash, vacuum, clean, and condition vehicles using appropriate products and equipment.
Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
Inspect vehicles throughout the detailing process and report damage or concerns.
Safely operate vacuums, steamers, hoses, buffers, polishers, carpet cleaners, and other detailing equipment.
Properly use and maintain detailing products, tools, and equipment.
Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time.
Put customers and others first, ask for and offer help, create positive experiences, engage and build relationships, and maintain an energetic, positive attitude while working well with others.
