Join our Parts/Customer Service Team! Nolts is looking for an individual who enjoys fast-paced interaction with customers. Strong computer skills and an understanding of the power equipment industry will be an asset. We are looking for someone who: Loves to serve people, builds relationships, is willing to go above and beyond. Has general familiarity with power equipment. Loves learning and solving technical mechanical problems. Pays attention to detail and appreciates meeting customer's needs. Has a positive attitude and contributes to the team. Responsibilities

  • Look up parts as needed and quote prices on parts of many brands of outdoor power equipment
  • Help customers determine what parts they need
  • Assist Nolts Technicians determine parts needed for repairs if requested
  • Respond to parts requests quickly and accurately
  • Become proficient in selling parts, especially for the brand's Nolts is an Authorized Dealer
