About The Position

Hansel Parts Center is looking for an experienced Dealership Parts Counter Professional to join our high‑performing, customer‑focused team. This role is ideal for a parts expert who knows dealership operations inside and out, takes pride in accuracy and efficiency, and thrives on delivering top‑tier service to technicians and customers alike. The monthly Parts Counterperson compensation is expected to range from $40,000 - $75,000.00, depending on job performance/qualifications. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience at a Dealership Parts Counter
• Knowledge in CDK data management system
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of cars and trucks especially helpful
• Ability to understand customer needs and accurately locate the correct parts using an electronic parts catalog
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work well with deadlines
• Maintain a high level of performance
• Familiarity with Parts
• Ability to multi-task
• Work well with co-workers
• Pass a criminal background screening
• Pass a drug test
